The Skills You'll Need: Mandarin and English at fluent level, fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent, with strong statutory Accounting skills and group financial reports experience

Job status: Permanent; hybrid working with 4 days in the office

Report to: Finance Director

Financial Reporting Manager - What You'll be Doing:

  • Review the reports/analysis prepared by the team member
  • Review total SAP FI posting, reminding correction as appropriate
  • Review the ET month end close process, sign off the month renconciliation sheet
  • Review the annual budget process
  • Review and update accounting policy, provide accounting advice on new business assurance process
  • Prepare weekly profit forecast to HQ
  • Prepare monthly PCIL consolidated performance analysis to HQ
  • Prepare monthly internal report to HQ
  • Deal with various queries/reporting requirement from HQ
  • Coordinate the internal/external audit process
  • Coordinate the enhancement of the accounting and reporting system

Financial Reporting Manager - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Degree in Finance/Banking/Commercial/Maritime Studies or equivalent is preferred
  • ACCA, AAT, LCCI or CAT fully qualified
  • Solid relevant experience, preferably in trading or finance industry
  • Excellent team working and networking skills
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, positive and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Remark: Due to Month-End deadlines, the employee will be required to work extended hours during the first week of each month (will be able to can take time off in lieu)
