- Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of brokers through proactive outbound calls.
- Managing a broker portfolio within Club/Network distribution to drive new registrations and business.
- Collaborating with field BDMs/Key Accounts to achieve regional targets.
- Supporting the Sales and Key Account team to meet team-wide goals.
- Conducting monthly calling campaigns and participating in sales meetings.
- Providing reactive telephone support to brokers and gathering market intelligence.
- Occasionally representing the company at trade roadshows and events.
- Annual salary of £40,000 - £43,000.
- Yearly bonus of £4,000 - £6,000.

- Strong relationship management skills.

- A full driver's licence is desirable.
