As part of their exciting growth plans an opportunity exists to join one of their independent key business entities in an Operations Management role, a key appointment as they continue the transformation of their business support functions.* Reporting into the Business Managing Director, the role would provide a progressive and comprehensive support function to delivering divisional strategy and facilitation of operational and service delivery excellence. * Facilitating agile data driven business intelligence models to the client delivery resources and business leadership, in order to anticipate and respond to market changes and/or company objectives.* Drawing from and collaborating with a broad range of internal stakeholders within the business and across the wider group in pursuit of accurate and timely MI. * Direct oversight of a small talented team of business support professionals to the client facing and compliance service areas, alongside the facilitation of division wide resourcing and talent objectives. * Coordination of risk and compliance activities, actions and priorities. * Change management and facilitating operational (and in turn client success) transformation is a core element of the role, and the role will successfully adopt a continuous improvement structured framework around all areas of accountability, including proposing and adopting technology solutions where appropriate. The Person* Ideally degree educated, ambitious and driven with career progression aspirations.* Previous operations management, operations change management / transformation experience within a professional, legal or financial services aligned organisation. * Minimum of 5 years in a similar operational environment. * Excellent rapport building and communication skills, and confidence in communicating and working effectively with multiple stakeholders across the group and externally. * Technology change agent and advocate, with a natural ability to identify process inefficiencies, propose and validate new solutions. * Highly numerate and comfortable with finance and business performance metrics.* Comfortable in high change and transformation environments. * Knowledge of business productivity and CRM software.
