Following recent expansion, we are looking for an Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the Life Insurance Team Director to drive team growth, improve operational efficiency, and achieve ambitious business targets.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you will:
- Collaborate closely with the Team Director to develop and implement strategies to double turnover within the next five years.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers to enhance service delivery.
- Oversee team productivity, ensuring streamlined processes and minimizing bottlenecks.
- Support recruitment and workforce planning, helping to cultivate a high-performance team.
- Manage day-to-day team operations, including training needs, one-on-one meetings, and schedule management.
- Act as a key liaison with internal business units such as compliance, accounting, and marketing.
- Track and report on team performance metrics, contributing insights to leadership.
About You

- Strong experience in team management, including recruitment, training, and performance coaching.
- A successful track record in project management and optimizing back-office processes.
- In-depth knowledge of the life insurance sector, particularly within high-net-worth client services.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Diploma in Financial Planning.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
