Following recent expansion, we are looking for an Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the Life Insurance Team Director to drive team growth, improve operational efficiency, and achieve ambitious business targets.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Team Director to develop and implement strategies to double turnover within the next five years.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers to enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee team productivity, ensuring streamlined processes and minimizing bottlenecks.
  • Support recruitment and workforce planning, helping to cultivate a high-performance team.
  • Manage day-to-day team operations, including training needs, one-on-one meetings, and schedule management.
  • Act as a key liaison with internal business units such as compliance, accounting, and marketing.
  • Track and report on team performance metrics, contributing insights to leadership.

About You

  • Strong experience in team management, including recruitment, training, and performance coaching.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable Qualifications
