Our client is a highly regarded Mortgage & Protection brokerage based in London. They specialise in the HNW / mass affluent market and operate Globally. We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to head up the Life Insurance / Protection division.

Role Highlights
- You will be responsible for working closely with the team Director to drive growth across the protection division
- Work closely with team members to maximise productivity, efficiency and client satisfaction
- Lead team recruitment and development
- Responsible for working closely with 3rd parties, cultivating relationships
- Track and report on team performance
- Monitor and manage team operations
- Leading daily team management including 121's, training needs and development
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in line management including recruitment, coaching and motivation
- Experience withing the protection / life insurance market
- Excellent project managment skills
- Effective communicators
