Operations Manager - Impact / Philanthropy - London - Hybrid (Once a week onsite) - £80k
Operations Manager required by a philanthropic organisation dedicated to advancing technology in the public interest through strategic investments and partnerships. A small dynamic team based in London and across Europe, working collaboratively to drive impactful initiatives to shape the future of technology with purpose and integrity.
The Operations Manager will have experience of overseeing and managing grant-making processes, with a particular focus on US-based funding mechanisms. A key aspect of this role will involve developing and optimising CRM systems to streamline grant and investment workflows, making operations smoother and more effective.
The Operations Manager will have experience in legal, finance or administrative roles ideally in civil society or public sector organisations with strong familiarity with grant making from a US perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Track record of success in legal, finance or administrative positions handling internal and external finances for civil society organisations, or within similar philanthropic organisations
- Strong Excel skills
- Experienced with CRM processes
- Demonstrated experience in designing and maintain operational policies, processes and systems
- Task management
- Strong communicator
