- Operational support to the Head of Business Operations and the Chief Risk Officer
- Work closely with key senior stakeholders in the development and delivery of the Operational Strategy objectives
- Maintain and update the library of company-wide policies and procedures
- Member and Secretary of the Operations Management Board
- The person who bridges the gaps between functions and teams
- Report on operational resilience performance, supporting in meeting coordination between various teams
- Work in partnership with the Operational Resilience Working Group to implement a system of testing operational resilience and materiality thresholds
- Manage the company’s compliance with the Operational Resilience Principle, implementing remediation actions for improvements
- Maintain the outsourcing and third-party register
- Support on the procurement of outsourced providers, manage the on-boarding of them
- Track the performance of all critical third parties and outsourced providers, considering operational resilience thresholds
