About the Role:Join a rapidly growing firm with an exciting portfolio of clients in the hospitality sector. As an Outsourcing Client Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing 20 key clients, building lasting relationships, and collaborating with an offshore team to deliver exceptional outsourced services.
What You'll Be Doing:? Managing a client portfolio of 20 clients, acting as their first point of contact? Reviewing monthly management accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency? Handling payment runs (weekly/bi-weekly)? Managing VAT returns and other key accounting tasks? Maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring their needs are met
What We're Looking For:?? Autonomous & Proactive: You thrive in a self-managed environment and are motivated to deliver results.?? Experience with Offshore Teams: If you have experience managing offshore outsourcing teams, you'll be a perfect fit!?? Xero Proficiency: Certified or comfortable working with Xero and timesheets.??
