Outsourcing Manager

Reed are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Outsourcing Manager on behalf of our client, a Top 10 accountancy firm. The role will be in the Business Services and Outsourcing team at their London office.

The role will involve providing a range of solutions such as accounting, payroll, and compliance services to your portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will build deep relationships with clients ranging from entrepreneurial SMEs to large multi-national groups, and play a key role in integrating the firm’s services both domestically and internationally.

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality outsourcing services.
• Collaborating with other teams across the firm to provide a comprehensive service offering to clients.
• Identifying opportunities for enhancing service delivery and providing additional services.
• Working closely with senior managers, directors, and partners to support client needs effectively.
• Managing and leading a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) ideally with at least 3 years post-qualified experience.
• Relevant experience in a similar management role
• Have the ability to advise on and implement financial systems, processes and controls
• Good understanding of business controls and month/year-end controls.
• Full knowledge of compliance and take on procedures
