Urgent Part-Time Charity Finance Consultant – Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Interim Charity Finance Consultant to support a dynamic charity through a crucial period of transition. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with strong charity accounting expertise who can provide immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with charity financial regulations.
- Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and budgets to aid decision-making.
- Lead with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure smooth financial reporting.
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with relevant charity finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of charity SORP and restricted/unrestricted funding.
- Proficiency in Xero.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
