Payments Project Manager - Private Banking

About the Role:As a Payments Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a multi-year transformation program to enhance payment capabilities across a global wealth platform. Collaborating with stakeholders from IT, Legal, Product, and Infrastructure teams, you will manage governance, lead strategic workshops, and drive solutions to meet regulatory and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead payment-related transformation projects end-to-end.
  • Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Create key project deliverables such as business requirements and target operating models.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, managing stakeholder expectations and identifying innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management or digital transaction banking.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale change programs, preferably with Big Four consultancy experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
  • Expertise in payment systems (e.g).
