As the Payroll Manager , you will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes for their UK-based employees. You'll handle payroll complexities across various frequencies, ensuring compliance with UK legislation. This role involves managing multiple payroll systems, accommodating numerous employee types, and working closely with the HR and Finance teams to deliver a seamless and compliant payroll service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and oversee payroll for our UK, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across various pay cycles and employee types.
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and compliance requirements, adapting payroll processes to meet diverse regulatory standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging payroll technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work with HR, Finance, to resolve payroll queries and ensure alignment on payroll policies and procedures.
  • Manage pension schemes, year-end processing, tax filings, and employee benefits, navigating the complexities of multi-location payroll with ease.
