We have an exciting new opportunity for a Pension Account Director to join a well established and growning Pension Consultancy on a fully remote working basis. The role will be to drive exceptional outcomes for the firms Defined Benefit pension clients through building and nurturing client relationships, oversee strategic and transactional engagements, and enhance client satisfaction through proactive service delivery.
As an Account Director your main responsibilities will include:
- Continuously assess and improve systems, processes, and controls to enhance service efficiency.
- Actively manage client relationships, ensuring smooth operational changes and effective service delivery.
- Oversee contractual commitments, ensuring all client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Manage and approve invoicing in line with contractual agreements.
- Develop and regularly review client account plans to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate client meetings, ensuring timely distribution of reports and follow-ups.
- Drive the implementation of client service instructions, tracking progress to completion.
- Manage contract renewals, extensions, and rebids, aligning with Capita's governance processes.
- Handle commercial issues and claims resolution, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Maximize opportunities for additional services and revenue growth, collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver value-driven solutions.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Account Director/ CRM in the DB pensions sector.
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing models, revenue growth, and profitability targets.
- Ability to contribute to both individual and team objectives, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
