- Taking ownership of programme insight for delivery, including SLA performance & trends
- Providing support to the wider team and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and to agreed standards
- Designing and implementing processes and solution templates utilising a variety of project management reporting tools, and managing the change control processes to ensure correct audit requirements
- Identifying and reporting on programme level risks, making sure information is accurate and updated and using this to escalate problems as it is required
- Reporting on KPIs and performance, alongside forecasts for programmes by analysing and interpreting data ready for reporting packs for various teams and executive meetings
- Taking responsibility for project hub register, including overseeing maintenance, future development and streamlining activities
- Supporting the tracking of financial performance against set out budgets, and overseeing monthly supplier cost submission approvals, as well as interfacing with the finance team on key property financial reporting
- Handling FCA Status reporting and regulation links to ensure the on-time reporting of property programme in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Overseeing the process maps and RASCI for the property team to support the efficient running of the department
