About the RoleReporting directly to the Business Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of a high-performing practice. From coaching and managing administrative staff to overseeing marketing initiatives and client engagement, this position is designed for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What You’ll Do- Team Leadership: Manage at least one senior team member, conducting appraisals and supporting professional development to maintain operational excellence.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for high-net-worth clients.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor practice revenue, manage Partner diaries, and proactively push open cases to completion.
- Marketing and Events: Lead marketing projects, produce branded materials, and organize impactful client events.
- Performance Management: Track and analyze practice MI, ensuring all business submissions, compliance, and payments are on target.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Practice Managers and teams to refine processes, enhance the client experience, and identify business opportunities.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Solid knowledge of pensions and investments.
- Proven experience in an IFA environment, delivering services to high-net-worth clients.
- Strong organizational skills, diary management, and administrative oversight.
- Marketing experience, including event management and compliance approval.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience coaching admin staff.
Desirable Attributes:
- Level 4 Diploma or equivalent financial qualification.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office systems.
- A client-first mindset with a proactive, solution-driven attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Confidence in having challenging conversations and driving results.
- A passion for teamwork, collaboration, and building lasting client relationships.
