Private Client Tax Manager - Top 25 firm Central London £60,000 to £70,000 Butler Rose Public Practice have been appointed by our client, a highly prominent Top 25 accounting firm of choice, with their recruitment of a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Tax Manager to compliment a large and successful private client team. The core of the departments work focuses on advising on the assets of individuals, families or businesses, and assessing the opportunities available to them, minimising their liability. Key aspects of the role include: Act as account manager for a portfolio of clients within the Private Client Team. Take responsibility for the review process of all work regarding the client's affairs. Liaise with the senior team members in connection with the management of your client portfolio to include the monitoring of billing targets. Provide advisory services to clients, as well as support on their compliance matters. Support the development of more junior team members and assist as necessary with monitoring of work and progress being made and help to resolve any problems and difficulties being encountered. Provide timely feedback on work matters and reviews. Be competent in all levels of personal tax (as far as is reasonably possible in today's environment), and also be aware of available planning opportunities for the Firms clients, recognising opportunities for collaboration where other teams in the Firm need to be involved with a client's affairs to provide a holistic view and service. Develop new client relationships from your relationship with existing clients, from business contacts and other appropriate sources. Assist in the teams initiatives in business development opportunities as required. You are the right person for the role if you: ATT/CTA qualified, or ACA qualified, or equivalent Experience of reviewing, preparing and filing UK client returns Full knowledge of tax matters relating to private clients Have the ability to review other people's work and assess more junior team members. Excellent networking skills. Enjoy supporting and developing more junior team members. Have the ability to build great rapport and relationships with colleagues, team members and clients.
