Join an established team in a top 30 firm, providing personal tax services across various sectors. This role involves both compliance and advisory work, with opportunities for growth in advisory experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio including HNWIs, company directors, and entrepreneurs.
  • Support staff management, training, and development.
  • Develop new client relationships and participate in business development activities.
  • Engage in one of the firm's key sector groups.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's MTD proposition.

Competencies:

  • Experience in professional services or dealing with HMRC.
  • Advisory and compliance experience.
  • Knowledge of capital and income taxes.
  • Attention to detail with strong numerical and grammar skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of CCH personal tax is a plus.

Behavioural Skills:

  • High standard of work and excellent client service.
  • Strong client-focused skills, ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creativity in identifying tax opportunities and potential pitfalls.

Qualifications:

  • CTA or ACA qualified (or equivalent)
