Description

  • Provide expert tax advice to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies and plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's tax advisory services.
