Venn Group are working with a local authority client in London to recruit an InterimFinance Systems Programme Mnaager on an initial 6 month contract, to scope out a new corporate finance system.
The client ideally is seeking a Business Analysis / Project Management skillset, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
This role will require working closely with leadership in both Finance and IT to confirm the business and technical requirements for a future system, and create a business case with options for how the council proceed with procurement and implementation.
Initially it’s for a 6-month contract; if the business case is approved the role will be required for a further 2 years to procure and implement.
Working pattern: 1 days onsite per week

Skills and experience required:
- Local government experience
- Experience of finance systems such as Oracle, Unit4, Dynamics F&O, SAP etc.
