Programme Manager (ACaaS) - Accounting and Compliance - UK/Remote Day rate: £400 - £600 (outside IR35) Duration: 6 months Start: ASAP

My new client is looking for an experienced Programme Manager (PMO) to join our ACaaS (Accounting and Compliance as-a-Service) Team. As a Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the various initiatives and projects within the programme portfolio. This includes tracking activities related to lead generation, as well as driving the successful onboarding, execution and delivery of our ACaaS solutions to Enterprise customers. You will be working across geographies, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and on-time completion of projects in the programme portfolio. Reporting to the Entrepreneur-in-Residence.

Responsibilities:* Partner with project manager(s), sales, product, strategic ventures, and marketing teams to define tasks, timelines, owners, priorities and success metrics * Manage project teams of multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure programme delivery is executed in line with agreed timelines, scope, standards, budget* Develop and maintain comprehensive plans for the programme portfolio, to capture key milestones, deliverables, KPIs and risk mitigation strategies.* Work with project manager(s) and key stakeholders to track progress and performance of projects within the ACaaS group against KPIs and plans, identifying areas for improvement and course correction as needed.* Establish a clear programme governance structure and an effective, regular reporting cadence to drive cross-functional collaboration, visibility of progress and escalation of risks (e.g. lead regular ACaaS Growth Squad meetings)* Drive accountability, ownership and focus to ensure clear responsibilities and strong awareness of deadlines to enable a fast pace of delivery* Regularly communicate, challenge and influence at all levels in order to ensure the teams remain focused and work in accordance with key agreed priorities and programme goals* Proactive identification and management of risks, issues, roadblocks and dependencies to prevent or reduce impact on programme delivery.

Programme goals: * Secure leads, ensure we meet sales and business targets and drive revenue * Onboard clients smoothly and quickly: from the contracting process, to integrating the client with our services, to ensuring the client is set up in back-office systems (e.g. Org Service) to enable billing, ensuring the client receives any funds/payments owed to them, flagging resourcing gaps and any deviation from client contract obligations* Demonstrate a fast pace of results delivery across the programme portfolio, unhindered by BAU processes

Skills and Experience:* Experience dealing with enterprise customers * Demonstrable experience of successful project delivery with limited resources, in a fast paced and changing environment, in line with budget* Demonstrate leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix and virtual environment to deliver results* Experience managing programmes spanning multiple geographies, working with both global and local business stakeholders to deliver programme effectively.* Ability to quickly build meaningful relationships, with strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills, demonstrable at all levels within the organisation* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders* Strong organisation and planning skills * Strong problem-solving skills and self-starting nature* Enthusiastic with high levels of self-motivation, resilience, drive and initiative* Ability to apply programme management methodology to achieve programme outcomes.* Budget management experience* Advanced MS Office Suite skills* Experience of working in an Agile Environment* Excellent communication skills in English, both in spoken and written form

Qualifications:* Minimum 3+ years of experience in Programme management * Qualified in a structured Programme Management discipline e.g. Prince, MSP, PMI, APMP* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.* Proficiency in programme management tools
