cer Financial are working alongside an international bank who are based in the City of London. They are seeking an German speaking Associate in Project Finance to work with them on a permanent basis.
The responsibilities will include:
路 Assist in the identification and development of new business opportunities.路 Assisting in pitching process, including preparation of bid packages, pitch books, pricing & profitability assessments, ratings 路 Participate in the negotiation of client mandates, advisor appointments and project and finance documentation. 路 Assist in carrying out financial analysis, risk analysis and other project specific due diligence.路 Assist with the preparation of internal resource and credit application 路 Assist with other internal stakeholders, including Distribution, Agency, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Legal.路 Participate in the negotiation of client mandates, advisor appointments and project and finance documentation.路 Assist in carrying out financial analysis, risk analysis and other project specific due diligence.路 Assist with the preparation of internal resource and credit application packages
The successful candidate will have:
路 Minimum of 2 years relevant experience路 Good familiarity of project finance structures, cash flow models and documentation路 Fluency in German路 Proficient in MS Office package (desirable)
