We are keen to speak with experienced Project Managers with a strong background in the insurance industry to join a Lloyd's Syndicate based in central London, initial 6 month contract with possibility to extend or become permanent, working on a hybrid basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformation programme aimed at enhancing technological capabilities and streamlining processes across various business functions.
You will be joining a transformation programme designed to improve the technological infrastructure and streamline operations across all business functions, including Actuarial & Risk, Underwriting & Distribution, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Claims, and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management and delivery of projects and multiple workstreams.
- End-to-end execution of transformation programs within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Managing multiple workstreams, including Actuarial & Risk, Underwriting & Distribution, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Claims, and IT.
- Reporting to, and supporting, the Operations Director.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Project Manager within the Lloyd's of London/London Insurance Market.
- Extensive experience managing transformation projects in the insurance industry.
- Prior experience with projects/transactions involving accounting, actuarial, investments, legal, and tax workstreams desirable.
- Strong ability to manage and deliver multiple workstreams and projects concurrently.
Benefits
Paying in the region of £650 - £700 per day. Initial 6 month contract with expectation to be extended.
