We are recruiting for a Regulatory Reporting Manager with experience in the banking sector to come on board on a 6 month - 12-month initial contract.

Our client is an international private bank based in London.

The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant that is immediately available to start employment (or on a notice period of no longer than 2 weeks), with a solid background in the regulatory reporting space within a small-medium sized bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit PRA, EBA, BOE, and Regulated Mortgage returns accurately and efficiently, reporting to the Head of Regulatory Reporting and CFO.
  • Produce monthly liquidity returns such as COR011 LCR (C72-C75), COR012 ALMM (C67-C71), and PRA110, ensuring all data is consistent and validated.
  • Compile financial data, including audited reports, liquidity metrics, forecasts, and assumptions, for ILAAP, ICAAP, and Pillar 3 disclosures.
  • Review and interpret regulatory rules, assessing their impact on reporting through the Horizon Scanning Committee.
  • Work with teams across IT, Operations, Private Banking, Treasury, and Risk to improve systems, processes, and controls.
  • Address audit findings by refining internal procedures, ensuring accurate reporting, and reducing risks. Implement measures to prevent data issues from recurring.
  • Create templates to improve workflow and ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Immediately Available or on a notice period of no longer than 2 weeks.
  • You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Solid experience in the regulatory reporting space within a small or medium size corporate or private bank.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive organisational change.
