Gambit Search have partnered with a top-10 Accounting firm who is looking for an experienced Restructuring Manager to join a high performing Restructuring & Insolvency team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top-10 global accounting firm, working on high-profile insolvency and advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead restructuring and insolvency projects

- Manage relationships with clients, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders.

- Oversee financial assessments, cash-flow management, and debt restructuring.

- Mentor junior staff and ensure high-quality project delivery.

- Support business development initiatives within the restructuring practice.

Requirements:

- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.

- At least 5 years of experience in restructuring, insolvency, or corporate recovery.

- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

- Knowledge of UK insolvency laws and restructuring frameworks.
