Totum Partners are currently working with a leading US law firm to recruit a Revenue Manager for their London office. The role is designed to support the office and ensure the team is aligned with best practices and procedures.
As a Revenue Manager, you will collaborate with staff and partners to design and implement the office's revenue lifecycle to meet financial goals and objectives. You will oversee the revenue team's workflow, assigning and delegating tasks to ensure team and office objectives are met efficiently and accurately.
The ideal Revenue Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage and oversee the workflow of revenue controllers and billers.
- Ensuring tasks are delegated effectively to meet team and office objectives.
- Act as the liaison between the Finance Committee and Revenue Controllers, participating in quarterly calls.
- Lead and develop the Revenue Management team in London, coordinating with other offices.
- Implement solutions to enhance the Revenue Lifecycle, collaborating with the Global team on best practices to improve collections.
- Foster relationships with Partners and attorneys to align departmental targets and goals.
The Ideal  Revenue Manager will have the following experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all firm levels.
- Proven track record in managing and developing teams of revenue controllers and billers.
- Excellent leadership, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of billing policies, procedures, and systems.
