Are you a qualified Accounting & Finance professional with a passion for process transformation? Our asset management client is seeking an Interim Revenue Reporting Manager to support their finance team. This role is a 70/30 split between core accounting responsibilities and process transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Assist in the preparation of journal entries, financial analyses, and financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, and other reports).?? Perform monthly account reconciliations and fluctuation analysis.?? Calculate management fees, performance fees, and other revenue-related transactions.?? Research and resolve complex accounting issues, making recommendations for reserves, assets, and expenditures.?? Identify areas for process improvements and help implement new departmental procedures & systems.?? Document current processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate:

? Qualified accounting & finance professional (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).? Strong experience in financial reporting and revenue accounting, ideally in asset/wealth management or financial services.? Proven ability to manage revenue-related transactions, including management and performance fees.? Analytical mindset with experience in process improvement and transformation projects.? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to hit the ground running.
