We are working with a speciality re-insurer to recruit a Risk Manager to support their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function. Reporting directly to the Head of ERM, this role will play a key part in identifying, assessing, and reporting critical risks across the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited too:

  • Assist the Head of ERM in maintaining and enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management Framework to ensure robust risk oversight.
  • Support the drafting of high-quality risk reports, including ORSAs and CRO reports, for the Executive and Board Risk Committee.
  • Lead the coordination and facilitation of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) across various business areas, ensuring risks and key controls are effectively evaluated and documented.
  • Work closely with key departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Compliance, and Operations to integrate ERM tools, processes, and initiatives.
  • Drive the ongoing enhancement of the Risk Management Framework, identifying and implementing process improvements.
