An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Risk Manager with a focus on Operational Resilience. This role is part of an independent team that provides an objective view of the company's operational resilience risk profile, supports and advises businesses in their management of Resilience, Concentration and Supplier risk.

What you'll do:

As a Risk Manager focusing on Operational Resilience, your role will be pivotal in providing specialised advice and oversight on resilience and supplier risk frameworks. You will play a key role in supporting the continuous embedment of EMEA regulatory requirements including UK PRA/FCA regulations, EU DORA regulations, as well as APRA Prudential Standard 230 where applicable to the EMEA region. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing Operational Resilience metrics and risk reporting for EMEA Legal Entities. Leading the independent line 2 review of Legal Entity Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) with consideration of the Operational Resilience and Supplier risks will also fall under your remit.

  • Provide specialised advice and oversight of our resilience and supplier risk framework
  • Support continuous embedment of the EMEA regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the enhancement of Operational Resilience metrics and risk reporting for EMEA Legal Entities
  • Lead the independent line 2 review of Legal Entity Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) with consideration of the Operational Resilience and Supplier risks
  • Deliver regulatory change and transformations
  • Analyse, interpret data across multiple sources, providing stakeholders with clear and succinct reporting and recommendations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Risk Manager position will bring a minimum of 4 years' experience in resilience programs and Third-Party Risk Management within the financial services sector. You should have detailed knowledge of UK/EU Operational Resilience, Outsourcing, Third-Party Risk Management, as well as DORA regulatory requirements. Your experience in delivering regulatory change and transformations will be highly valued. A deep understanding of operational risk and incident management is essential, along with proven stakeholder management experience. Your ability to analyse and interpret data across multiple sources, providing stakeholders with clear and succinct reporting and recommendations, will be key to your success in this role.
