Sales Director - Bridging Finance

£80,000 - £130,000 dependant on experience + Package + Comms

London / Hybrid

My client is an established Bridging Finance Lender and one of the fastest growing Real Estate Lenders in the UK.

Key responsibilities for the Sales Director:

  • You will be part of the senior management team and take ownership of the origination, structuring and deal execution across Bridging Finance.
  • You will also proactively seek new business opportunities focussed on Bridging Finance.
  • You will be responsible for building out and managing the bridging team in alignment with the company’s growth plans.
  • Conducting full due diligence on proposals, including financial review of the credit worthiness of applicants:

Required skills and experience for the Sales Director:

  • Established track record in originating Bridging Finance opportunities.
  • Previous management experience or a willingness to embrace management responsibility in this role.
  • The ability to work to demanding deadlines.
  • A highly skilled communicator with superior written and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility with regards to working patterns - this role will involve travel.
  • A positive & tenacious attitude.
  • IT literacy - familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • A high level of commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excel and modelling skills and ability to interrogate existing client models.
  • Knowledge of real estate debt legal documents and legal process.
