A leading international law firm is seeking a skilled Senior Associate or Counsel with extensive experience in securitisation to join their expanding fintech corporate finance team in London. This role focuses on complex debt funding for clients in fintech, including both mainstream (e.g., SME lending) and innovative models like buy-now-pay-later and revenue-sharing structures. The team’s work spans private securitisations, forward flow agreements, and deals outside of Securitisation Regulations, reinforcing the firm’s strong market profile in fintech financing.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex securitisation and structured finance transactions.
