About the role:

Due to ongoing growth and investment in people within the business, we are now looking to expand our Client Operations team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be working with a set of specific, key accounts within the NHS Sector. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with our clients, connecting with key team members and stakeholders, managing day to day operational inquiries and more complex issues as and when required. As a Senior Account Manager, you will also be preparing a variety of reports, analysing site performance and enhancing our client relationships. Occasional travel to client sites is expected, so a car allowance is included in this package.

Role requirements:

  • Manage complex operational issues relating to the management of car parks within an estate
  • Work closely with the Commercial, Implementation, Product and Enforcement teams to retain existing accounts and ensure we are delivering our services to the highest level
  • Be a critical point of contact for complex a challenging operational issues
  • Have a deep understanding of how the NHS estates operate
  • Providing clients with excellent service and support to develop relationships
  • Ensuring awareness of competitor activities within accounts
  • Monitoring client satisfaction and adapting approach where possible
  • Maintaining a knowledge of developments in the NHS car parking sector
  • Ensuring internal teams and departments provide the highest level of customer service
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders on account performance
  • Investigating and resolving queries, escalating to the Head of Client Operations when necessary

Person requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager
  • Knowledge and understanding of the NHS and managing accounts in this sector
  • Highly organised and have excellent time management
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts
  • Previous Parking, Property, Real Estate and or Retail experience
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Solid experience with CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects at a time, while maintaining a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
