What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll collaborate with high-profile not-for-profits, charities, and educational institutions, ensuring audit compliance and providing strategic insights that drive real value. Lead an experienced audit team, manage key client portfolios, and oversee engagements from start to finish, maintaining the firm’s high standards and enhancing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Foster and sustain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs within the NFP sector.
  • Audit Leadership: Oversee audits with expertise in Charities SORP, Further & Higher Education SORP, and FRS102.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor your audit team, guiding career growth and building a high-performing team.
  • Strategic Advisory: Deliver insights that help clients enhance operational and financial processes for sustained success.

Who You Are:

You’re an ACA/ACCA-qualified professional with proven experience in the not-for-profit sector, particularly within higher education and charities. You bring expertise in relevant SORP standards and excel at managing client portfolios with a strategic approach.
