We are recruiting an experienced Senior Client Account Manager with PA and Marketing skills for a dynamic and rapidly growing property security company working with some of the most prestigious development projects in the country.

You will oversee a number of high-profile clients across a range of property sectors, including offices, residential and other commercial sectors. You will ideally have significant experience in the property security sector and be able to work independently, as well as in close support of the senior management team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing key client accounts on a day to day basis; working on a range of commercial and residential schemes - securing repeat business and strengthening ongoing working relationships
  • Working closely with the business development and the operations teams to establish a seamless service offering.
  • Managing the set-up of new live contracts, including finalising service agreements and client on-boarding, as well as finalising assignment instructions and establishing reporting protocols (in conjunction with the operations team).
  • Implementing contract renewals, change requests, pay reviews etc.
  • Fronting all major tenders and pitches, including bid writing and compiling detailed reports and quotes for new projects.
  • Contribute to wider management initiatives, including PR and marketing campaigns, as well as charitable partnerships

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience within the property security sector. You will be commercially astute, a great problem solver with a ability to work with a variety of clients and volumes of work. You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills as the first point of contact for key clients.
