Senior Commercial Finance Manager | PE Backed Marketing Agency | London

Harmonic are partnering with a PE Backed Marketing Agency with their search for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join and strategically drive the business through this exciting phase of growth. This opportunity would be best suited for a Senior Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Manager who is looking to make their first step into a number 2 role in the Finance team.

They're currently turning over around £120mill, and have a strong focus on integrated communication campaigns, aiming to help clients manage their reputation, improve their visibility and media coverage, delivering global campaigns across multiple platforms.

They are market leaders in terms of the investment in personal wellbeing for their employers, reflected by the work that they produce, their culture, and how they look after their team. They have a fantastic office space in central London so for those who choose to spend more time in the office, there is consistently a buzzing atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic analysis on budgets & forecasts
  • Providing strategic insight to MD on future growth
  • Balance sheet and P&L management
  • Overseeing annual audits
  • Extensive Ad-Hoc projects to support agency growth
  • Be a part of the senior management team to help drive commercial strategy
  • Business partnering with key budget holders
  • Streamlining finance systems / implementation of new systems within the business

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

  • Agency experience
  • Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
  • Engaging and excellent communication skills
  • Sense of humour / positive approach to work and problem solving

What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):

  • Experience in both group agency and SME
  • Understanding of group principles & audit
  • Private Equity experience

Salary: £75-90K + bonus

Start Date: ASAP (can wait for 3 month notice period)

Location: London (3 days WFH)
