We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Corporate Tax Manager to join our clients dynamic tax team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert tax advice and solutions in a fast-paced environment.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax manager to come onboard and work apart of a team with ambitious to continue and sustain their rapid growth as they are ranked comfortably in the top 100 uk firms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements
  • Provide strategic tax planning advice to large clients on corporate restructuring, M&A, financing, etc.
  • Lead a team of tax professionals, reviewing their work and providing mentorship
  • Identify tax optimization opportunities and propose innovative solutions
  • Drive the firm's business development efforts in the corporate tax space
  • Keep updated on evolving tax legislation and communicate its impact to clients
What the firm is looking Looking For:
  • Qualified Tax Professional: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of corporate tax experience.
  • Expertise in Tax Law: Strong understanding of UK corporate tax regulations, with experience in international tax being a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire a team while delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex tax issues for clients.
  • Analytical Mindset: Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
