- Manage delegated authority relationships
- Carry out due diligence and external audit processes, as well as managing Lloyd’s approval procedures for delegated authority relationships.
- Reviewing binding authority documentation and ensuring full compliance with LSM’s risk and compliance frameworks before underwriting begins.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure full alignment and compliance with processes, resolving queries and handling escalations.
- Analyse Coverholder MI and report findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Represent the Delegated Authority team in internal and external meetings, providing key updates and insights as required
