Your new companyYour new job working as a Senior Account Executive/ Technician will be working for a growing Lloyd's Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the City. They have a US and Canadian reach and pride themselves on providing the best Financial Lines, PI, Cyber, E&O, D&O and Tech service for the market. Due to continued successful growth within their financial lines team, they are looking to recruit a Senior Account Executive/ Technician to join their team where you will be handling E&O risks.Your new roleYour new role working as a Senior E&O Account Executive/ Technician will be handling Financial Lines risks - ideally with a focus on Open Market E&O and related risks where you will be providing Technical and account management support to the Placing Brokers in the Financial lines teams. You will be liaising with account handlers and technicians in the production of new insurance programs and renewal programs. You will be responsible for preparing MRC slips and endorsements, checking Evidence of Cover documents and debit notes prior to sending to the client and supporting the brokers on the end to end management of the complex E&O accounts. Other duties will include proactively contributing and participating in corporate meetings, both at a technical level and up to board level. Ensured his technical teams enhance service, deliver efficiencies & minimise re-work.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working within the London Market as an Account Executive/Technician or handling Financial Lines - particularly E&O or D&O risk will contribute to the success in you securing this role. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the E&O Insurance space and understand end to end client management from Slips to payment. You will have the ability and sound knowledge to prepare London market MRC slips and endorsements. You will be able to work in a hybrid and organised fashion, some previous experience of brokasure system would be beneficial but not essential and a working knowledge of PPL process would be beneficial. You will have proven experience in both account management and technical processes and must come from a Lloyd's Insurance background.
