Stanton House is currently recruiting for an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner to join a Large Support Services Business on a 6-month Contract paying £450 per day Inside IR35. This role is hybrid, working 3 days in the office (London) and the rest from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of 5 in the finance team
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and reporting
  • Manage month-end reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, ensuring transparency and accuracy for stakeholders
  • Oversee client billing, working capital improvements, and accurate accounting of income, while driving financial efficiency and resource allocation
  • Build financial models, conduct profitability analysis, and support decision-making through detailed financial analysis
  • Ensure adherence to governance policies and support cost management for operations with occasional travel to sites

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Previous Business Partnering experience within a large organisation
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes and systems (SAP is desirable)
  • Advanced Excel skills is essential as well as being comfortable dealing with large volumes of data for budgeting and forecasting purposes
  • Experience working with management to enhance financial ownership
  • Committed to integrity and strong governance
  • Skilled in driving process improvements and strengthening controls
  • Effective and motivational leader
