The position requires a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key responsibilities include optimizing financial performance, managing the group P&L, and delivering planning and forecasting to the FP&A team.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A and be qualified in CA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.

Responsibilities

Optimising financial performance
Owning the group P&L
Delivering planning and forecasting to the FP&A team
Assessing the long term business model of the group
Building strong relationship with the senior leadership team and influencing financial decisions
Partnering with the procurement team to optimise profitability
Competitor analysis

Requirements

Available to start within 1 week
Qualified in either CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA
3 years post qualification experience within FP&A
You must be from either a healthcare or pharma background
