- Act as a key finance partner to programme managers, providing strategic financial insights and analysis.
- Lead on financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to support effective decision-making.
- Ensure robust donor compliance, supporting financial management and reporting for donor-funded projects.
- Prepare and oversee financial reports, ensuring clarity and accessibility for non-financial stakeholders.
- Support month-end and year-end processes, collaborating with finance teams to maintain accuracy.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, proactively driving process and performance improvements.
- Mentor and develop the Finance Business Partner, supporting their growth and contribution to the team.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience in a similar finance business partnering role within a non-profit and donor-funded environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salary c. £55,000-£58,000
- Hybrid working (centrally based with one day a week in the London office)
