Finance Business Partner [FMCG Food Manufacturing]
£80,000 + suite of benefits (20% bonus, pension, healthcare etc)

This role is senior finance business partnering - fully focused on added value and change within large scale and fast paced food manufacturing.
It’s for someone who loves to work with the business - a natural communicator who loves being out in the site - working with operational leaders across the modern production facility.
Continuous improvement initiatives will be your bag! It’s a role for someone who enjoys being the bridge between finance and ops.
You’ll be managing a small team and your focus in bringing the numbers to life and driving evidenced-based decision making. You’ll have chance to make a genuine impact to margin, growth, profitability…
Your remit is drilling into commercially-meaningful MI - cost trends, margin erosion factors, profit drivers, levers of efficiency, NPD activity, wasteage, labour and material variances, forecasting accuracy, capex projects … loads of chunky stuff to get your teeth into within a £250m+ turnover manufacturing site.
There’s loads of scope to progress and this will fill your CV with added value achievements.
It’s for someone currently in a site based business partnering capacity.
Required:
- A proactive CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified accountant who enjoys the pace and variety of large scale complex manufacturing.
- Someone who natural communication and relationship building skills.
- Ambition and keenness to develop and progress.
- Business partnering skills - you’ll be someone who loves being part of a team.
- Experience of FMCG would be really useful.
