This team works closely with companies, their CFOs, and finance teams.
Projects include:
- Leading refinance, managing due diligence and acting as a link between stakeholders.
- Providing interim CFO support and overseeing a finance team.
- Establishing FP&A processes and hiring.
- Optimising financial operations, including historical data cleansing and treasury function setup.
- Supporting mergers, system implementations, and acquisitions.
- Advising CEOs on process optimisation, CRM implementation, and operational improvement
The Person
- Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE.
- Experience in finance in an operating company (full-time or via secondment) someone straight from Practice will also be considered.
- Transaction experience in acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS, particularly in a real estate and infrastructure context.
- Proficiency in finance systems, including implementation and optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence working alongside senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable leadership and team management experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling.
- Additional European languages are highly desirable.
