This team works closely with companies, their CFOs, and finance teams.

Projects include:

  • Leading refinance, managing due diligence and acting as a link between stakeholders.
  • Providing interim CFO support and overseeing a finance team.
  • Establishing FP&A processes and hiring.
  • Optimising financial operations, including historical data cleansing and treasury function setup.
  • Supporting mergers, system implementations, and acquisitions.
  • Advising CEOs on process optimisation, CRM implementation, and operational improvement

The Person

  • Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE.
  • Experience in finance in an operating company (full-time or via secondment) someone straight from Practice will also be considered.
  • Transaction experience in acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, particularly in a real estate and infrastructure context.
  • Proficiency in finance systems, including implementation and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence working alongside senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable leadership and team management experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling.
  • Additional European languages are highly desirable.
