This is a great opportunity for an exceptional commercially minded individual with professional services experience ( ideally in a PR or Marketing services environment). This a fantastic role that could be used as a stepping stone for soemeone who eventually wants to be a Finance Director. You will lead a small team of 2 people and will be very proactive in the core " day to day " finance activity within this PR company

The main duties consist of:-

Developing and owning the management accounts process
Annual budget preparation
Management of P&L , balance sheet and cash flow statements
Oversee payroll of the 80 staff
Manage month and year-end reporting

You will need for this role:-

ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CA qualification
Experience of developing and refining reporting tools and processes
Strong Excel skills
PR Communication or creative agency experience
Line management experience
Commercial acumen
