Job Responsibilities:

Posting to the rent ledger
Downloading banks statements
Downloading housing benefits from local authorities
Uploaded rent/benefits into Hubble and reporting
Run reports on NEC Northgate and review postings
Completing suspense account reconciliations
Supervising 3 members of staff

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong reconciliation skills
Supervised staff
Rent processing
NEC Northgate experience
