We're currently looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join the Commercial Finance Team based in Piccadilly Circus, for the chance to work at the heart of the world's most thrilling sport, contributing to the financial strategy that powers global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Lead the annual budget and forecasting cycle for the London office.
    • Provide financial reporting and analysis to enable informed decision-making.
    • Collaborate with senior management to highlight financial areas of focus.
    • Support the Commercial departments with various projects, contributing financial insights.
    • Manage and develop the FP&A team, overseeing task progress and completion.
    • Monitor and supervise departmental cost budgets in coordination with the FP&A team.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly financial close provisions.
    • Regularly update the Group's long-term financial plan, projecting key financial metrics for Executive Management and shareholders.
    • Act as a key liaison with the Procurement team, contributing to tender processes and ensuring compliance with financial controls.
  1. Operational & Reporting Efficiency:
    • Enhance financial controls and reporting processes within the London office.
    • Improve financial reporting efficiency and contribute to ongoing analysis.
  1. Other Responsibilities:
    • Complete all mandatory training in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Operate in line with health and safety standards.
    • Undertake additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Relevant financial qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as an FP&A Manager.
    • Industry-specific experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong data consolidation, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and balance multiple projects effectively.
    • Confident in working with senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • High attention to detail.
    • Organized and capable of working under pressure.
