This role is being recruited on a Contract/temp to Permanent basis.

Global tech company looking to recruit a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join their London based finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is instrumental in delivering high quality financial information.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Month-end close process
  • Preparing and approving journals, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparing quarterly reporting
  • Reviewing payment runs
  • Supporting Payroll Manager with monthly payroll
  • Managing all tax compliance
  • Partnering with FP&A team on budget and forecasting
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to financial reporting processes and systems
  • Developing financial policies and procedures
  • Managing small team
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

The candidate:

  • Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting experience including US Gaap and IFRS
  • Ideally experience of working within a US listed business
  • Experience working in a multi-currency environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Advanced IT skills
