Cobalt is currently supporting one of the leading Global Real Estate Investment Managers in their search for an FP&A consultant on an 8-month contract.

Our client is looking for a Finance Analyst to support on the delivery of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the business.

Key responsibilities:

Support the FP&A Director on the end-to-end quarterly financial planning process, including the 5-year plan and budget
Variance analysis and KPI reporting
Cashflow modelling
Business partner across various stakeholders
Identify areas for improvement and efficiencies

Requirements:

FP&A experience
Investment Management industry experience
Commercial acumen
Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
