Partner Financial is partnering with a Private Equity-backed Saas SME business, experiencing rapid growth and looking for an Interim Senior FP&A Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in a forward-thinking, innovative organisation committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions and fostering long-term growth.

As an Interim Senior FP&A Manager, you will report directly to the CFO and play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of the business while leveraging your expertise to provide strategic insights that will drive data-driven decision-making at both the operational and executive levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the budgeting and forecasting process, working with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Developing and implementing enhanced financial systems and reporting tools to support scalability and business growth.
  • Providing FP&A support, including scenario modelling, KPI development, and strategic analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Partnering with the CFO to provide insights and recommendations to the board and investors.
  • Supporting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory accounts.
  • Overseeing and refining financial controls and processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identifying areas where operational efficiency can be improved through enhanced automation, implementing those enhancements.
  • Managing cashflow and working capital, providing accurate and actionable reporting to support business operations.

The Ideal candidate:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Excellent and proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of working for a Saas SME business at a similar capacity would be an advantage.
  • Adept at balancing detailed financial controls with forward-looking analysis and strategic insight.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver with precision in a fast-paced environment.
