Senior FP&A Manager | Series A Consumer Tech business | £70,000-£85,000 | Permanent role | London (hybrid working)
JasperRose are partnering with a Series A, Consumer Tech business to recruit a Senior FP&A Manager on a permanent basis. Based in their London Head Office, this is a key role, supporting the strategy of the business as they continue to grow through the diversification of new products, driving ecommerce and launching a wholesale model.
Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will take ownership of the financial planning and analysis for the business as well as providing board level reports. The role has extensive interaction with senior stakeholders, through to the Founders and has the opportunity to innovate and impact their growth from day one.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the VP of Finance, owning the long term planning of the business
- Ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Financial modelling and providing the investors with reports for commercial decision making
- Management of the P&L across different revenue streams
- Business partnering with the key stakeholders across the board, challenging and looking at ways to drive revenue in new and existing channels
- Continuously looking at ways of improving existing processes and systems
Skill set required:
The successful candidate will be qualified accountant with proven experience working in a FP&A role for a consumer products business. Experience with financial modelling is key and any fundraising experience is nice to have. You will ideally have worked in a start-up/scale- up business where you have established new processes and supported the company’s growth. Ownership of a P&L across different revenue streams as well as experience of subscriptions is nice to have. You will be driven, commercially minded and have the ability to challenge and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
