Ambition is working with an established accountancy practice that's looking to hire a Senior Manager for its insolvency & restructuring division to be based out of either London or Kent.

They are looking to hire an individual with strong technical expertise and people management skills.

This is a corporate insolvency focussed position and so this experience is essential. However, those who have advisory experience would be able to work alongside the advisory partners on projects.

Requirements

  • Manage your own insolvency caseload, contribute to business planning, and build relationships with prospects and intermediaries.
  • Option to work alongside the partners on advisory projects if this is something you have experience in.
  • Oversee a mixture of insolvency cases, lead business sales for creditors, and ensure adherence to budgets and departmental standards.
  • Manage six direct reports, set objectives, provide regular feedback, and oversee performance to ensure team success.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, monitor KPIs, and manage billing and work-in-progress levels.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key institutions and external partners, ensuring strong collaboration across all parties involved.
