Ambition is working with an established accountancy practice that's looking to hire a Senior Manager for its insolvency & restructuring division to be based out of either London or Kent.
They are looking to hire an individual with strong technical expertise and people management skills.
This is a corporate insolvency focussed position and so this experience is essential. However, those who have advisory experience would be able to work alongside the advisory partners on projects.
This role offers an excellent platform for someone looking to be given the opportunity to move into a senior leadership role. For anyone who is looking to take the JIEB, this firm would be happy to provide full study support for the right individual.

Requirements
- Manage your own insolvency caseload, contribute to business planning, and build relationships with prospects and intermediaries.
- Option to work alongside the partners on advisory projects if this is something you have experience in.
- Oversee a mixture of insolvency cases, lead business sales for creditors, and ensure adherence to budgets and departmental standards.
- Manage six direct reports, set objectives, provide regular feedback, and oversee performance to ensure team success.
- Contribute to strategic planning, monitor KPIs, and manage billing and work-in-progress levels.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key institutions and external partners, ensuring strong collaboration across all parties involved.
